This book has far too much detail than what we need to give our children at this stage (Age 11). Also, the book goes into talking about sex in the first few pages, I would hav have prefered a bit more detail into the hormone change to begin with. I bought an Usborne book instead of this one, far better and simpler for young minds/5().
